What To Expect

Attire & Arrival

All guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. You may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort. The therapist will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated for the service. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your spa time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late will deprive you of your precious spa treatment time. As a courtesy to all, please refrain from using cell phones and enter our premise quietly respecting massages in progress.

Expectations & Discussions with your Therapist

The therapist will bring you in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. You will discuss your massage and the therapist will instruct you how to lay on the table and will then leave the room for you to undress. You will be properly draped at all times (never exposed) to keep you warm and comfortable. This is the guests time to inform the therapist of any specific things they would like addressed during their treatment. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. If you would like extra time on specific parts and less on others, speak up! Feel free to ask the therapist any questions you may have.

Gratuities & Tax

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your service. It is at the discretion of the guest to decide gratuity amount. The massage industry average ranges from 15% to 20% per service. All listed prices do not include tax, upon checkout the 7% sales tax will be added.

Medical Concerns & Age Requirements

Our first time guests will be asked to complete a brief health history to assist the therapist in providing the best possible experience. It is very important that you inform the therapist of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, you must receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. All children under the age of 18 must have a parent present and consent form signed prior to treatment. Form of I.D may be asked to confirm proper age. If you were in a car accident or another type of accident where body trauma occurred we highly recommend waiting three days before receiving any bodywork.

Cancellation Policy

Because services are reserved just for you, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, a credit card number must be given to hold an appointment. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours, 50% of the value of the service will be charged. If there is a no show 100% of the value will be charged. A weeks notice of cancellation is required for all packages and spa parties due to length of these appointments. Late arrivals are charged for the full reservation. There is a $20 fee on returned checks. These policies apply to gift card holders as well.
